regarding the application of the General Data Protection Regulation in the staff recruitment process
At TINT S.R.L. – Teleferic Grand Hotel, we respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable legislation. PRIVACY NOTICE
TINT S.R.L., the operator of Teleferic Grand Hotel, with its registered office at Str. Poiana Soarelui no. 243, Poiana Brașov, Municipality of Brașov, Brașov County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J08/1892/2013, having VAT No. RO13694214, processes personal data in the context of staff recruitment. Below you will find essential information regarding the data used, the purposes and legal bases of processing, the sources of the data, the recipients, the retention period and your rights.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
During the recruitment process, we process the information contained in the CV submitted by you, as well as any other information provided separately, together with your CV and/or during the interviews in which you participate.
Such data may include, as applicable: first and last name, contact details, information regarding education, qualifications and professional experience, skills, languages spoken, employment history, information regarding availability for employment, references and any other information you choose to provide in connection with your application.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE COLLECT THE INFORMATION?
– to assess your application and the compatibility of your profile with the position for which you have applied;
– to communicate with you throughout the recruitment process;
– to organize interviews and the stages of the selection process;
– to resolve any complaints or disputes and to defend the rights of TINT S.R.L.;
– to comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from competent public authorities, where applicable.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing of data necessary for assessing your application and carrying out the recruitment process is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
For compliance with legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies, while for the resolution of any complaints or disputes and the defence of the rights of TINT S.R.L., Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interests of the controller – may apply.
WHAT ARE THE SOURCES OF YOUR DATA?
Personal data processed in the recruitment context may be obtained:
– directly from you, through your CV, cover letter, e-mail, application form, interview or other documents/information provided during the recruitment process;
– through specialized online recruitment platforms, including BestJobs, LinkedIn and Hipo, where you have applied through these channels;
– through specialist recruitment partners, where your application is submitted through them.
TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA?
To the extent necessary for carrying out or completing the recruitment/employment process, certain data may be accessible to or disclosed to:
– providers or partners specialized in staff recruitment;
– medical clinics and occupational health service providers, where the process reaches the stage at which such services are required;
– occupational health and safety service providers;
– accounting, IT or other support service providers, to the extent that access is necessary;
– public institutions and authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
PROVIDING THE PERSONAL DATA OF OTHER PERSONS
If you provide us with personal data relating to other persons, for example referees or persons providing recommendations, please ensure that they are aware that their data may be disclosed to TINT S.R.L. in the context of the recruitment process and, where necessary, inform them about the processing described in this Notice.
IS PROVIDING THE DATA MANDATORY?
Providing the information necessary to assess your application is required in order to carry out the recruitment process. Refusal to provide data that is essential for assessing your application may make it impossible to continue the recruitment process.
Additional information that is not necessary for the assessment is provided voluntarily.
RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process and fulfil the purposes described in this Notice, as well as, where applicable, for the period necessary to resolve complaints or defend legal rights.
If you are not employed following the recruitment process, the data will be deleted or destroyed when it is no longer necessary. Where there is a genuine prospect of future recruitment, the data may be retained for a maximum period of 1 year, subject to the applicable conditions.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
To the extent that the recruitment platforms or technology providers used involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out only in accordance with the GDPR and by using the applicable legal mechanisms and safeguards.
MARKETING
The data provided during the recruitment process is not used for sending commercial communications in the absence of a separate legal basis.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the conditions provided by the GDPR, you may have, as applicable, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
Where a particular processing activity is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

TINT S.R.L. responds to requests without undue delay and, in any event, within no more than one month of receipt. This period may be extended under the conditions provided by the GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
VALIDITY OF THE INFORMATION NOTICE
This Information Notice applies as of 30 September 2026 and will be updated whenever relevant changes occur in the recruitment process or in the applicable legal framework.
