SPA ACCESS
Access to the SPA facilities is included for all hotel guests, for the entire duration of their stay.
To fully enjoy the wellness experience, we recommend a session of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, alternating between hot and cold facilities. For the saunas and Hammam, the recommended duration is 10–15 minutes per session.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
We recommend arriving at the SPA 10–15 minutes before your appointment, wearing the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room.
For your comfort, please keep your valuables in the room safe and follow the designated route to the SPA.
You are also kindly asked to follow the signs to the SPA, avoiding passing through the hotel reception wearing a bathrobe and slippers.
In the event of late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be reduced in order to respect subsequent appointments.
SPA TREATMENTS
SPA treatments are available to guests aged 16 and over.
Guests aged between 16 and 18 years may receive treatments only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; in this case, we recommend booking a double treatment room.
FAMILIES & CHILDREN
Children are welcome in the POOL AND JACUZZI AREA and must be
accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
The SAUNA AND RELAXATION AREA is reserved exclusively for adults.
SPA BAR
Our selection complements the SPA experience with fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices, premium teas, coffee and mineral water.
FITNESS STUDIO
The fitness studio is available exclusively to hotel guests.
For your safety, please wear appropriate sportswear and use the equipment according to the instructions.
SPA TREATMENT RESERVATIONS
To ensure availability at your preferred time, we recommend booking treatments at least 24 hours in advance.
Our therapists and SPA reception team are available to provide personalised recommendations.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING RESERVATIONS
Cancellations made 6–12 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged in full.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve the atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation, please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
Please avoid using mobile phones and other electronic devices within the SPA.
The entire Teleferic SPA Center is a non-smoking area, including the terraces and outdoor areas.
Swimwear is mandatory throughout the SPA. During treatments, we provide disposable underwear, or you may choose to wear your own underwear.

Before your first visit, please complete the health questionnaire so that our therapists can tailor the experience to your needs.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, are pregnant or have any health conditions that may affect the treatment, please inform the team before it begins.
